Role Overview
The Revenue & Operations Lead will bridge the gap between Business Development pipeline modeling/management and post-sale execution of units delivered. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Engineering, Project Management, and Division Operations to ensure that sales commitments translate seamlessly into field execution.
What You Will Do
Model sales pipeline velocity and build predictive forecasts, track Salesforce pipeline end-to-end, lead cross-functional coordination, own Salesforce hygiene, translate complex operational and pipeline data into executive-quality strategic narratives, develop and maintain integrated planning/staffing tools, identify and resolve disconnects between sales commitments and field execution.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Consulting
- U.S. Person status
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
