Field Marketing Specialist – Laguna

Role Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in setting up foundations for Angkas’ mission to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by identifying and closing merchant and institutional partners, coordinating on-ground marketing activations, and generating market intelligence to drive Unique Booker acquisition across Laguna.

What You Will Do

Identify and close 10–20 net new partners per month, coordinate on-ground marketing activations, conduct regular price scans and competitive route analysis, and provide on-ground disruption ideas and localized insights to support UB growth and GMV targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or a similar client-facing role
  • Proven ability to conduct client-facing presentations and close partnership agreements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for field reporting and coordination
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable working independently in a field-based setup with minimal supervision
  • Willing to travel regularly within Laguna province, particularly across Santa Rosa, Binan, and Calamba City
