Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or Service Delivery
- Track record of leading CX or operational transformation programmes
- Strong command of modern CX tooling ecosystem
- Data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Fluent in French and English
