Requirements
- 7+ years in creative direction, editorial, content strategy, or community marketing with a track record of building programs from scratch
- experience producing or scaling hackathon, competition, or user showcase programs
- holding publication-quality standards and treating narrative, visual identity, and editorial craft as strategic work
- strong writing and production skills, ability to stay hands-on
- self-directed and comfortable operating without a playbook
- understanding of how to earn trust in communities and believe the best marketing amplifies real people
- comfort with data and ability to connect editorial work to measurable outcomes
- ability to move between strategic creative direction and fast-turnaround production
