Anthropic is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to support the GTM Strategy Business Partner in driving operational excellence and strategic analysis for a customer segment. This role will focus on execution of analytical deep-dives, building reporting infrastructure, and scaling GTM operations through hypergrowth. It’s a critical role for enabling data-driven decisions and achieving ambitious growth goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience focused on SaaS/enterprise software with 3+ years of analytics/operational/finance/management consulting experience.
- Deep proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or Python.
- Strong analytical skills with CRM, analytics platforms, and BI tools.
- Experience with consumption-based pricing models and usage analytics.
- Ability to translate complex customer data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.
