Anthropic is looking for a People Operations Lead to join our People Services team. In this role, you will contribute to our vision, analyze our current state, and then get hands-on to build our future state. We have a solid foundation with a lot left to build, and you’ll help shape what comes next.
Requirements
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and connect processes within and beyond our team
- Map processes end to end to see how things currently run, find where they break or slow down, and propose solutions
- Design and build improved processes yourself, or document the requirements and partner with technical teams to build them
- Improve cross-functional processes by partnering with other People teams and teams across the org (IT, Security, Legal, Finance)
- Manage our employee support experience, focusing on improving our tooling and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement
- Collect feedback from employees and partner teams to make sure we are focusing on areas that drive the most impact
- Build and manage automated processes to audit and maintain the quality of our workforce data
- Support internal and external audits with process documentation and evidence
- Document runbooks and SOPs for our processes and systems
