About The Role

As the founding member of our EMEA Revenue Operations team, you will play a key role in scaling Anthropic’s business. You will work closely with regional leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. This role is ideal for those passionate about AI safety and interested in advancing AI within go-to-market functions.

Responsibilities

Operations & Process Excellence

  • Design and implement processes to enhance sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for GTM teams.
  • Ensure accurate Salesforce data hygiene in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Work with the systems team to optimize and implement new Salesforce workflows.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, and Product teams on key initiatives.

Strategic Analysis & Data-Driven Support

  • Partner with regional leadership to refine strategy, including territory planning and resource allocation.
  • Conduct business reviews and operating cadences to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics using SQL, Salesforce, and BI tools to drive segment optimization.
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, using data to uncover insights and trends.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, strategy, or related fields.
  • Expertise in GTM systems such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing projects and implementing new processes with customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong adaptability in high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
  • Experience driving growth in sales organizations.
  • Ability to distill complex problems into clear, effective solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise software and startup environments preferred.

Compensation

Annual Salary: £170,000 — £195,000 GBP.

Logistics

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • Work Location: Employees are expected to work in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office presence.
  • Visa Sponsorship: We do sponsor visas, though not all roles and candidates qualify. If offered a position, we will make every effort to secure necessary work authorization.
