We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to build the operational engine behind our GTM motion, overseeing the CRM, comp plans, attribution, reporting, and tooling stack that supports our sales team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth company
  • Deep, hands-on experience with CRM tooling (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High agency
  • Excellent communication
