The Deputy Head of Creator Growth will be a strategic leader within our Creator Network pillar, driving the expansion of our influencer and creator ecosystem in Indonesia, leading a high-performing team, and acquiring, managing, and monetizing top-tier talent across platforms like TikTok and YouTube.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the digital media, creator economy, or technology industry in Indonesia.
• Expert ability to develop and lead a long-term strategic vision, driving innovation and tangible business growth with creator network
• A sharp commercial instinct with a proven record of turning growth strategies into substantial P&L gains and high-margin revenue streams.
• Proven success in scaling talent networks or managing large-scale creator/influencer programs in Indonesia.
• Deep connections within the Indonesian creator ecosystem, platform partners (TikTok/YouTube), and potential brand advertisers.
• Professional fluency in English both speaking and writing.
