The Sales Manager is responsible for working closely with and supporting the Branch Manager in the growth of the office, selling the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, and implementing an office culture where agents thrive and want to grow their careers.
Requirements
- Support the Branch Manager by focusing on agent retention efforts, training, and coaching sales agents
- Assist Branch Manager with recruitment of new and experienced sales agents
- Lead office wide sales agent meetings to drive growth and achieve results
- Create a “Culture of Awesomeness” to ensure agent satisfaction and retention
