Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will design, build, and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of BI initiatives and serve as the team’s technical authority.

Requirements

  • Eliciting requirements, designing, developing, and re-platforming Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Ensuring the business receives high-quality, reusable, and easily maintained data assets.
  • Reporting and visualising data in a clear, compelling, and user-centric manner to deliver an excellent experience.
  • Building strong collaboration and expertise to position the BI team as a trusted partner within the organisation.
  • Conducting impact assessments and current-state analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing Business Intelligence capabilities across peers and team members.
  • Nurturing a growth mindset and fostering curiosity within the team.
  • Identifying, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BI processes and delivery.
  • Actively researching industry trends, standards, and best-practice methodologies to provide technical insights and direction.
  • Ensuring all services comply with ANZ Group’s Information & Insights strategy, policies, processes, standards, and relevant external regulatory requirements.
