Account & Business Development Manager (Commercial & Civil)

We are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our Christchurch team as an Account & Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the commercial & civil industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years proven face-to-face B2B experience in a similar industry
  • Proven experience in generating excellent sales growth
  • Comfortable delivering on, and exceeding targets
  • Existing contacts/relationships in the civil sector (advantageous)
  • Good sense of humour
  • Computer literate, confident with technology, and able to learn quickly
  • Experience in selling fasteners or working in a trade environment (preferred but not mandatory)
