We are looking for a People Operations Advisor to join the People Operations Advisory Services team in Bangalore, India. The role is to support the new HR delivery model in the Asia Pacific region, leading, coaching, and guiding a team of People Advisors, and ensuring a great experience for employees and leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR Operations/People Advisory roles
- Strong working knowledge of Workday and Excel
- Knowledge of local labour law beneficial
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach teams, drive accountability, and manage operational complexity
