Regional Head of Financial Operations, Airfreight and LCL – EUR

Maersk is seeking a Regional Head of Financial Operations for Airfreight and LCL to drive financial control, performance transparency, and profitability management across the company’s global Airfreight and LCL business units.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 – 10yrs experience in financial or commercial operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Deep understanding of Airfreight and LCL operational drivers.
• Mastery of margin management, costing, and revenue assurance.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and influence decisions.
