We are looking for a Regional Sales Enablement Manager for EUR Region to drive standards and governance on Variable Sales Compensation schemes across Areas, contribute to improving related processes, and coach teams with tools and frameworks to ensure we reinforce sales behaviors and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of Financial and People data
  • Ability to communicate data clearly
  • Solid understanding of Sales processes, including industry best practices and trends
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong process mindset
  • Change management
