The Financial Analyst is a pivotal role in our finance department, optimizing financial processes and systems to drive business performance. This position is responsible for examining financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and develop solutions to enhance business operations and reporting accuracy
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and dashboards for senior management
- Lead and participate in projects that enhance the capability of the finance function
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs and translate business requirements into system requirements
- Act as the liaison between finance, operations, and technology departments to enhance systems and interfaces
