Role Overview
The Global ESS Sales Operations Manager / Associate Manager will act as a key business partner for Global ESS Sales Operations, supporting revenue forecast discipline and end-to-end operational governance across GCR, JP, KR, and SEA. This role is designed as a second owner for Global ESS Sales Ops.

The role will co-manage two major pillars: Revenue Forecast and Operation. The person should be able to connect business context, Salesforce data, contract readiness, pricing governance, and cross-functional execution to improve revenue visibility and operational quality.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Intelligence
- Experience in SaaS, subscription business, B2B software, or enterprise technology is preferred
- Strong understanding of revenue operations, including MRR, ACV, renewal, upsell, discount, contract term, approval workflow, and forecast governance
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify commercial risks and operational inconsistencies
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-region environment
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success, Strategy, and MIS teams
- Familiar with Salesforce and comfortable working with CRM data, reports, dashboards, approval processes, and CRM data hygiene
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, data validation, documentation, business review preparation, and process optimization
- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Business English capability is required; Japanese or Korean language capability is a plus
