AIML – Data Operations Program/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced program/project manager to join the AIML Data Operations group. The team contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across Apple’s products, specifically Siri and Apple Intelligence. As a program/project manager, you will drive critical programs that enhance data operations to provide data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large projects or programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field
• Background in Project or Program management
• Proven track record of leading complex strategic programs
• Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and Project life cycles
• Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability
• Capacity to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
• Expertise in analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization
