New Product Operations Program Manager – Modules, responsible for leading the team within Worldwide Operations, ensuring successful launch of new products, and driving systematic phase gate approach to NPI development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Development or Operations Engineering, and Project Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering field: Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Chemical, or similar
• Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment
• Excellent program management and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to establish relationships; data-driven and willing to take action; enthusiastic and motivated; and detailed while leading several work-streams
