Requirements
- Architect and drive adoption of a toolset delivering flexibility, resilience, and deep analytics features.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Lead technical initiatives and establish platform engineering best practices.
- Master backend API services using Python (preferred) and/or JavaScript.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems (monitoring, observability, automation).
