Requirements
- Provides leadership and direction through senior managers for professional staff
- Develops and articulates strategies and corrective actions to meet business objectives
- Directs and controls the conversion of technical trends into useful information for BUs
- Develops and executes alignment plans and tracks business focus on TAM, share, margin between BU and Field
- Applies expert knowledge of own segment/function, business and commercial expertise to drive penetration / adoption of diverse and complex product strategies
- Requires 40-50% travel
