The Role
Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for contributing to the growth and productivity of the Regional Sales Teams by leveraging Sales enablement to deliver a predictable forecast for order intake and revenue recognition for the region.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the regional Salesforce funnel and communicate to RVP Sales and Account Managers
- Support the Sales team with opportunity and quote development
- Coaching on process and tools
- Establish a cadence for and coordinate Account/Opportunity reviews
Qualifications
- Prior experience in leading a sales operations role
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and MS Suite
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
