You will be responsible for collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and customer success leads. Through these collaborations, you will translate insights from our customers into user stories, organize weekly sprint planning, and cleanse data to support our customer success team. Your role will help execute our roadmap as we expand in the healthcare industry across the next year. You will also help to create more efficient product development cycles and improve the overall customer experience.

- You have 1-3 years of experience in roles where you owned projects or initiatives solving complex analytical problems end-to-end, ideally focused on product analysis and writing requirements
- You have an excellent mastery of Excel and data analysis
- You’re a creative problem solver with a strong sense for structured thinking and challenging the status quo. You have owned initiatives solving complex business problems end-to-end.
- You’re an excellent communicator, both internally and externally. Demonstrated cross-functional and stakeholder management experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment preferred.
- You get things done and no task is too small – you’re both a team player and executor with a deep sense of ownership
- Prior experience working with end users as well as in scrum-based project management capacity preferred
What You’ll Do
Customer Success Operations
- Assist customer success managers with data hygiene and clean up of contact and scheduling data sets uploaded by our healthcare customers
- Support collection, organization, and escalation of customer feedback from our support channels, including defects, feature enhancements, and configuration requests
- Analyze and assist in managing the rollout of new and existing product features through the creation of product communications via Hubspot (initially) and Gainsight/Intercom (long term)
Product Management
- Translate customer requests into user stories and partner with designers, developers, and QA to roll out new product features
- Plan weekly Jira sprints, including new product features and devOps initiatives
- Partner with General Manager to provide insights into product usage to inform innovation opportunities or identify areas for optimization
- Enable product managers with reporting/analysis to inform business and product roadmap decisions
- Analyze various customer and user segments, cohorts, and user journey maps throughout the Apploi product to measure feature adoption and drop off
- Identify and support ongoing projects to enhance feature adoption and efficiency
- Make recommendations to expand product analytics tool stack to enhance and broaden our analytics capabilities
