We are building a global consumer-facing product from the ground up, and we’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to define how this product goes to market and scales up. The role will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy, leading product and feature launches while driving user growth across both in-product and external channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product operations, growth marketing, or GTM roles in tech, or content platforms.
- Proven track record of leading product launches and driving user growth across digital channels.
- Deep understanding of social platforms and community-building dynamics (e.g., Reddit, TikTok, Discord).
- Strong storytelling skills—you can translate product features into compelling user-facing narratives.
- Data-driven and comfortable with experimentation, funnel metrics, and performance analysis.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and data teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.
- Builder mindset—you create structure, processes, and systems in fast-moving environments.
