Role Overview

Lead the global new logo pipeline engine for twelve months, owning the number, leading the team, and running the engine. Operate it, sharpen it, and hand it back stronger than you found it.

What You Will Do

Own the pipeline number, run quarterly planning and weekly pacing, set targets and shape budget allocation, lead the leaders, run the cadence, coach, and stay hands-on.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • At least 5 years leading the function – and its leaders – at a global company
  • Leader of leaders experience with player-coach instincts
  • Hands-on depth in both paid and organic
  • Direct pipeline accountability
  • AI-native, not AI-curious
  • Fluent in B2B funnel dynamics and diagnostics
  • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce and strong data and analytics fluency
  • Executive-grade communication
  • Familiarity with the mobile marketing and martech ecosystem is a strong advantage
