GTM Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will drive critical cross-functional operations for collaboration, systems, processes, metrics, and reporting across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of previous operations experience in similar roles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, analytical problem-solving capabilities, previous operational excellence experience, and a demonstrated track record of implementing operational improvements
• Experience in fast-paced SaaS companies working with global teams
• Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to drive a standard approach across multiple groups
• Creative problem-solving, able to take a hands-on approach to building enablement solutions in a fast-moving environment
• Demonstrated project management capability in a highly matrixed organization, including vendor contributions
