We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Co-ordinator with a keen interest in the tech sector and a solid understanding of software systems. You will be a fast learner who can hit the ground running in supporting our experienced Marketing team across digital, email, content and social media marketing.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone already in the B2B technology industry with 2 – 3 years’ experience and ready to take the next step in their career, working for an exciting and progressive Global software business.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work well in a team environment whilst also able to operate autonomously when required. You will be highly organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment whilst also having a strong attention to detail.
This role will be primarily home-based working remotely with a Global team utilising technology to stay connected and engaged in the business. The Marketing Manager and CEO are based in Melbourne, Australia but applicants are welcome from all over the Country.

Key responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Management of the content development (design and copy) and execution for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter) and website updates (WordPress)
- Email Marketing: Management of lead generation and marketing email campaigns utilising Salesforce applications for delivery.
- Content Marketing: Support in the ideation and production of strategic content, including blog posts, website updates, eBooks and more.
- Campaign delivery: Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including creative ideation, stakeholder management and event management.
- General Administration: Management of reporting, researching, SEO tactics and supplier management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing role
- Candidates must have full work rights/employment authorisation in Australia
- Working Knowledge of the following applications:
- Salesforce
- Microsoft programs
- Google G Suite
- Adobe suite
- WordPress
- Social media channels
- Project Management experience
- Software and technology experience
