Senior Financial Analyst

Apite is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Provo, UT. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, with a strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting. The role will involve financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, data modeling and scenario analysis, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Business-related field
• MBA (Masters Business Administration) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred
• 5- 7 years of relevant financial analysis or related experience
• Experience in financial modeling, data validation, and effective communication
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles (GAAP), and financial reporting
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools
• Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
• Ability to develop innovative financial models and reporting tools that enhance decision-making and drive business improvements
