Growth Lead

We are a company that unlocks ground truth for enterprises, and we are looking for a Growth Lead to join our team. The Growth Lead will report directly to the CEO and own the systems and instincts that turn our early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience across PE/VC, consulting, investment banking, growth, RevOps, or GTM strategy
  • Experience in an early-stage B2B environment where you’ve had to build before you could scale
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to connect the dots between marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes
