We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead long-term, sustainable, profitable growth, winning relationships with successful global/regional construction contractor clients and the best industry partners to drive sustainable, profitable growth across Arcadis’ three principal businesses in North America (Mobility, Places and Resilience).
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts.
- Experience working with Contractors and Developers in the implementation of a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
- Able to demonstrate an existing network of contacts from within Contractors and Developer organizations.
- Well connected with the North American construction sector, and expert in building external networks and evolving personal connections into profitable business to business corporate relationships.
- Proven track record of identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities across key infrastructure sectors.
