Business Development Lead – Environmental Advisory & Compliance

We are seeking a Business Development Lead – Environmental Advisory & Compliance to drive revenue growth and client acquisition, while leading and developing a team of consultants in Poland. The successful candidate will expand Arcadis’s market presence and position us as a trusted advisor on environmental risk, compliance, and asset performance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Risk, Sustainability, or equivalent
  • Senior experience in environmental or sustainability advisory, including business development and client leadership
  • Proven ability to identify and develop advisory engagements from client need to contract closure
  • Experience in managing Profit & Loss responsibility is a strong advantage
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments is a plus
  • Strategic vision and leadership in a growing advisory environment
  • Strong advisory expertise with senior-level client exposure
  • Ability to identify client needs, structure solutions, and convert them into consulting engagements
  • Leadership focused on delivering value and business growth
  • Negotiation skills and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of local environmental regulations and compliance procedures
  • Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)
