Tender Manager / Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Tender Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team in Brussels, Charleroi, or Liege, Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client portfolios, preparing project offers, and managing negotiations with clients and subcontractors. A higher degree in environment, engineering, earth sciences or equivalent, and at least 8 years of experience in business development in the realization or studies of projects in the environment or in design & engineering are required.

Requirements

• Manage and develop the client portfolio in Wallonie, primarily with private companies from various sectors.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, identify their needs and offer them personalized support, both in the environment and in design & engineering.
• Translate client expectations into integrated project offers, by coordinating the collection of information from colleagues and external partners.
• Gather and structure all inputs to build a winning proposal and defend it with the help of our experts.
• Once the project is won, ensure the transfer to the project manager, follow the implementation, manage the perimeter and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to commercial development: detect and follow up on new opportunities, actively develop your network and the client portfolio in Wallonie.
