Archer is seeking a People Business Partner to support its growing GTM employee population. This role focuses on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local/country laws. The position involves on-site work, periodical travel, and requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource laws, strategies, policies, and practices within the state of California.
- Passionate about Talent Management and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and various HR related systems.
