Associate Account Executive

Archipelago is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join their growing go-to-market and sales organization. The role involves supporting sales leadership, building pipeline, and acquiring new logos. The ideal candidate has a background in risk management, a talent for customer service, and the ability to balance a customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in the Property Insurance industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• Deep curiosity for product knowledge
• High-energy self-starter who takes initiative and operates with a strong sense of urgency
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a pod team structure
