Arctic Wolf is seeking a Customer Success Manager – Enterprise to own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, drive customer retention and growth, and serve as a trusted advisor. The role requires a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, strong technical aptitude, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 5+ years of progressive success in sales or account management is required, with field sales experience and a track record of closing and growing complex accounts preferred.

- 5+ years of progressive success in sales or account management, preferably within technology or cybersecurity
- Field sales experience with a track record of closing and growing complex accounts strongly preferred
