Role Overview
The Sales Operations Administrator is a critical thinker who supports sales teams by creating renewal quotes, supporting sales reps, and maintaining data accuracy. This position plays a cross-functional role between Sales Team, Manufacturing, Channel Team, Operations, and Billing.
What You Will Do
Support Customer Success team by managing contract cycle and building renewal quotes, respond to CSM inquiries, follow up to manage process through booking of renewal, verify data alignment, serve as data steward for accurate partner, prospect, and customer data within Salesforce, support various aspects of the quote-to-cash cycle.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills, motivated, organized, self-starter, process and quality oriented with attention to detail, experience in sales operations, Salesforce.com experience required, prior experience working with quoting, subscriptions and contracts, prior experience working with channel partners a plus.

- 4 or more years’ experience in sales operations
- Salesforce.com experience required
- Prior experience working with quoting, subscriptions and contracts
- Prior experience working with channel partners a plus
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
