Global FP&A Operations Lead

Join argenx as Global FP&A Operations Lead to transform immunology and deliver medicines that help autoimmune patients. The role is responsible for running the operating backbone of the FP&A community, owning overall financial performance management, and ensuring strong day-to-day operational support across regions and communities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A / performance management within biotech, pharma, or other science-driven, fast-scaling environments.
• Strong command of enterprise planning cycles (forecasting, LRP) and global consolidated P&L ownership.
• Proven experience running FP&A operating models, governance, templates, and standardized reporting across regions.
• Leadership skills to build a high-performing FP&A team in a high-growth setting.
• Strong cross-functional influence and ability to connect Finance, Commercial, R&D, Supply, DT, Accounting.
