Armis is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (T.CSM) to join their growing Customer Success Team. The role will involve managing a portfolio of up to 30 accounts, building strong customer relationships, guiding customers through the implementation phase, and driving adoption and value for growth and reference-ability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a related function with direct customer facing experience, and will possess exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a related function with direct customer facing experience
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering, architecture, support, or network design capacity
- 2+ years of experience working in Security/Healthcare/automotive/Retail/OT
- Strong technical and problem solving skills
- Solid project management and solution delivery experience
- B.S in IT, IS, CS, MIS, or equivalent degree
- Relevant industry qualifications (CISSP, Security +,CEH) desired
