Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead District Managers and drive regional execution across our expanding cardiometabolic portfolio. This role is critical to launch excellence, sustained prescriber activation, and long-term regional growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience required.
- 3+ years of field leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams in specialty or rare disease environments.
- Launch experience or high-growth franchise leadership experience highly desirable.
- Cardiovascular or cardiometabolic therapeutic area experience preferred.
