Arthrex is a global medical device company seeking a Financial Analyst I – International to establish pricing for sales to OUS subsidiaries and third-party distributors. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners, engage with international leaders, and monitor key financial metrics to drive profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with business partners to determine and implement optimal pricing strategies
  • Engage with international leaders to understand market developments and identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Tax Department to ensure intercompany prices comply with transfer pricing regulations
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics
  • Develop cashflow forecasts and other analyses to support OUS decision-making
  • Assist in budgeting processes involving OUS markets
  • Implement and support continuous improvement in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of peer relationships with colleagues from International Supply Chain, Regional Finance, Tax, and Accounting
