Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of dedicated arthroplasty sales professionals across NZ to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through regular field coaching, structured feedback, and clear performance expectations aligned with Arthrex values.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain top sales talent, building long-term capability and strong succession within the team.
- Drive disciplined CRM usage, ensuring accurate pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
- Coach sales team in strategic territory planning, account segmentation, and call planning to maximise growth and market penetration.
- Maintain strong field presence, modelling best-practice selling behaviours, surgeon engagement, and clinical support in theatre environments.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Operations to deliver successful Arthroplasty product launches, campaigns, and education initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take corrective action to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and execute territory and business plans aligned with national arthroplasty strategy and priority growth areas.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with orthopaedic shoulder surgeons, hospital teams, and key procurement stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with Arthrex policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical selling standards.
- Contribute to the broader NZ sales leadership team by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
