Articulate is seeking a strategic enablement leader to own and evolve their global revenue enablement engine. This role will build learner-centric programs to empower Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Marketing teams, defining strategy, aligning workstreams, and ensuring go-to-market teams are successful. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team and contribute to the growth of their global GTM function.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in GTM or Revenue Enablement
- 5+ years of experience leading enablement teams
- Experience leading enablement in high-growth SaaS organizations
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and behavior change principles
- Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
