About the Role:
As a B2B Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and analyzing product marketing strategies to drive growth and increase ARR, including optimizing user journeys, managing brand campaigns, and creating sales materials.
Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive product marketing support by creating sales collateral, supporting lead generation activities, researching market trends, and assisting sales reps in closing challenging opportunities. You will ensure consistent alignment and messaging across all marketing and sales initiatives, from planning to execution and monitoring.

- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to support product growth, including user journeys, brand campaigns, sales enablement, and more.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales to gather feedback, optimize the sales funnel, and drive new business.
- Collaborate closely with sales, account management, marketing, product, design, and email marketing teams to ensure alignment and success in meeting goals.
- Initiate and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies to discover new growth opportunities and improve results.
- Develop and manage end-to-end communication plans, such as go-to-market strategies, in-product messaging, email marketing, and external communications across various channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management regularly.
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in Product Marketing and preferably B2B PMM in a SaaS companies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in B2B companies.
- Experience with user journeys and funnels, and in optimizing and growing the B2B sales funnel including lead generations
- Experience with building GTM strategies, hands-on sales collateral, and collaborating with content and design managers.
- Proven track record of creative problem-solving, coupled with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Experience handling large datasets and marketing analysis.
- Exceptional multitasking skills to meet tight deadlines.
- A dynamic team player with a positive attitude, high levels of curiosity, initiative, independence, and rapid learning ability.
