Sales Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to multiple departments, including but not limited to finance, human resources, procurement, and customer service.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational procedures and workflows.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support operational initiatives and projects.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the achievement of operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an operations support or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
