Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to multiple departments, including but not limited to finance, human resources, procurement, and customer service.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of operational procedures and workflows.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Conduct research and gather data to support operational initiatives and projects.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the achievement of operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
- Proven experience in an operations support or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
