People Operations Analyst

The People Operations Analyst will play a critical role in helping the People Team solve complex problems using data and insights, partnering closely with People leaders to analyze challenges, inform decisions, and support execution through clear, actionable analytics. The role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an analytics individual contributor, ideally in People, HR, or organizational analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working through ambiguity and imperfect data
  • Ability to connect quantitative data to real organizational challenges and decisions
  • Experience using SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and survey data
  • Clear communicator who can explain insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences
  • Strong project orientation and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Bias toward action and outcomes over analysis for its own sake
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
