Revenue Operations Analyst

Role:

  • In this role, you’ll combine data analysis, sales operations expertise, and business insights to support sales performance, streamline processes, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, analytics, and senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and customer data to uncover performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct scenario analysis to identify risks and inform strategies.
  • Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote the adoption of tools like Salesforce, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Work with the sales, analytics, and finance teams to align on business priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to foster seamless communication and integration.
  • Support sales teams with quote creation and contract management.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience in building dashboards and delivering insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with APAC markets and revenue growth strategies.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.
