Role:
- In this role, you’ll combine data analysis, sales operations expertise, and business insights to support sales performance, streamline processes, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, analytics, and senior leadership to drive data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and customer data to uncover performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Partner with sales leadership to define benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct scenario analysis to identify risks and inform strategies.
- Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote the adoption of tools like Salesforce, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Work with the sales, analytics, and finance teams to align on business priorities.
- Act as a liaison between teams to foster seamless communication and integration.
- Support sales teams with quote creation and contract management.

- Experience in consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, and Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrated experience in building dashboards and delivering insights.

- Familiarity with APAC markets and revenue growth strategies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.
