We are hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager for EMEA to implement, train, and support the adoption of Ashby with customers across the region. The role requires a strong track record of customer success experience in B2B SaaS, managing a book of 60+ customers, and exceeding $1.5M in total ARR. The ideal candidate will be a product and industry expert, with experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and a passion for teaching and supporting complex products.
Requirements
- Strong track record of customer success experience in B2B SaaS (at least two years)
- Managing a book of 60+ mid-market customers, exceeding $1.5M in total ARR
- Experienced managing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Product and industry expert with experience working closely with customers
- Ability to create ‘Ah ha!’ moments by tailoring training and product walk-throughs to address a customer’s specific challenges
- Strong curiosity to explore details and understand how things work
- Ability to work with technically complex products
- Excellent communication and listening skills
