Assistant Sales Manager

Support the sales team, guide and develop retail professionals, and ensure a positive in-store experience for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years Retail or Sales Management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related areas
• Prior experience successfully managing a team of 15 or more associates
• Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
• Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team
• Proven track record of customer service excellence
• Goal oriented – Energetically focuses efforts on meeting goals, mission, or objective
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
