What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation and Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies, including email marketing, to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop demand generation campaigns driving high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Support the sales and ADR function with initial sequence writing and set up support for a seamless MQL to SQL handoff
  • Execute campaign strategies by implementing high-quality content, landing pages, emails, and targeted advertising campaigns
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, encompassing paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing, to boost demand and brand visibility

CRM Ownership:

  • Take ownership of our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Create and implement CRM workflows to streamline lead management, sales processes, and customer communication

Webinar Management:

  • Plan, promote, and execute engaging webinars to educate and engage our target audience
  • Oversee all aspects of webinar production, from content creation to speaker coordination, and demand generation
  • Manage post-webinar follow-up to maximize lead conversion

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Develop and manage a regular social media calendar across platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, guiding future strategies

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in maintaining a robust reporting system to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts

Additional Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • Maintain and lead project planning and management for marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are executed on time
  • Develop project timelines, task management, budget management, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Work with a third-party agency and manage projects, tasks, and timelines accordingly

HubSpot Expertise:

  • Serve as an in-house HubSpot expert, maximizing the platform’s capabilities for marketing automation and CRM integration
  • Stay up-to-date with HubSpot features and best practices to ensure effective utilization

Exceptional Writing Skills:

  • Provide copy editing on content from third-party writers both in-house and externally
  • Assist in the production of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and social media posts
  • Be familiar with SEO best practices for implementation across content
  • Be able to own and develop blog content on the Ashling website
  • Fact check content for accuracy on all marketing content and site sources prior to publication
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand tone in all marketing communications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, including email marketing, and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successful demand generation campaigns and webinars
  • Experience managing a previous ADR/SDR/BDR function
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot expertise preferred) and CRM system knowledge required (i.e. Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Outstanding communication, organizational skills, and project management abilities
  • Creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certification a plus
  • WordPress expertise a plus
  • Basic video editing skills required
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for design and development
