Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager to represent our comprehensive product offering to the garage door hardware industry in North America, with a focus on maximizing our market share in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Being a brand ambassador for FlexiForce
  • Producing quotations and suggesting pricing levels
  • Maintaining direct and indirect relationships with existing customers
  • Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and grow market share
  • Advising on upcoming product developments
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications
  • Technical support regarding application of products
  • Communicating new product requests to various supporting departments
  • Attending industry trade shows
  • Supporting and growing important key-accounts
  • Being able to help with entering customer orders
  • Working with the production control group to expedite order production
  • Working with customers to streamline ordering methods
  • Product configuration for custom / special applications
  • Work with support departments to meet or exceed 98% on-time delivery
  • Understanding cost structure
