We are seeking an Account Manager to represent our comprehensive product offering to the garage door hardware industry in North America, with a focus on maximizing our market share in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Being a brand ambassador for FlexiForce
- Producing quotations and suggesting pricing levels
- Maintaining direct and indirect relationships with existing customers
- Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and grow market share
- Advising on upcoming product developments
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications
- Technical support regarding application of products
- Communicating new product requests to various supporting departments
- Attending industry trade shows
- Supporting and growing important key-accounts
- Being able to help with entering customer orders
- Working with the production control group to expedite order production
- Working with customers to streamline ordering methods
- Product configuration for custom / special applications
- Work with support departments to meet or exceed 98% on-time delivery
- Understanding cost structure
